Q: Do you offer custom design?
Yes, we do. You have to share your dream jewelry images with us and we will create it for you.
Q: How does custom order work?
We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as below...Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the designing process of your jewelry also if you have a specific design in your mind send us a picture.We will create CAD (Computer Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes you can let us know we will do changes according to your requirements.Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will Cut & Polish your Moissanite and start the jewelry manufacturing process.When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.
Q: Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we offer engrave service on our all precious fine jewelry. After engrave we request to double-check on engraving and ask for the images of engraving before we ship it out to you.
Q: Do you make men's jewelry?
Yes, We do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image on support@browchelyas.comand we will recreate it for you.
Lab Grown Diamonds
Is a lab grown diamond better than a natural diamond?
This depends on what you’re going for; both lab grown and natural diamonds from Fifth Avenue Jewels are conflict-free and vary in their diamond grading. Lab grown diamonds allow you to maximize your budget, giving up to 30% more size for the same cost, while natural diamonds are incredible works of nature and the traditional choice.
Where do lab grown diamonds come from?
Lab grown diamonds are created in a lab, but that does NOT mean they are not real diamonds. Scientists start with a diamond seed - a small sliver of chemicals - then expose it to temperatures and pressures to make it grow like a diamond under the ground. A carbon coating helps the diamond crystalize as it grows.
This advanced technology simulates natural growth, allowing the seeds to mature from a sliver to a fully-formed diamond.
Are lab grown diamonds the same as natural diamonds? If not, how are they different?
Lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds offer identical optical and chemical composition. The sparkle is the same - the core difference between them is their origin.
Are lab grown diamonds or natural diamonds of higher quality?
Neither is inherently higher quality; both lab grown and natural diamonds are available in a range of qualities. For example, while the color of one diamond may be superior, the other diamond may be superior in clarity - this isn’t connected to the diamond’s origin.

Yes. Fifth Avenue Jewels lab grown diamonds are graded to the same standards as our natural diamonds. That means your lab grown diamond will be accompanied by an independent laboratory report detailing its "4 Cs" - cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. If your diamond is mounted into jewelry, it will also be accompanied by an insurance appraisal.
Is investing in lab-grown diamonds worth it?
Although lab-grown diamonds provide great value based on quality, they are not viewed as long-term investments such as natural counterparts. They are prized for their beauty, relative affordability and ethical benefits more than investment potential.
Do lab-grown diamonds come in fancy colors?
This means blue, yellow and pink lab-grown diamonds can all be produced in fancy colors already because they were formed this way by including some trace element during growth.
How are the color and clarity grades of laboratory-grown diamonds?
Lab-created diamonds are subject to the same standards and grades as natural ones. They go from D (colorless) to Z, light yellow or brown in color and FL (flawless), I3 included for clarity.
How Eco-friendly Are Lab-grown Diamonds?
Compared to natural diamonds, lab grown varieties are believed to be kinder on the environment. The production process is less damaging to the environment and other factors since we do not need mining of these minerals, which results in a lot of disturbance for nature.
Are lab-grown diamonds more affordable than natural mined ones?
Lab-created diamonds typically are 20–40% less expensive than natural stones of the same size and quality. They have a more controlled production process compared to bio-based materials, and less time is needed to produce them: this keeps consumer prices low.

Q: How does moissanite compare to a diamond?
Even though they share many optical similarities, moissanite is chemically and compositionally different from a both natural and lab-created diamonds. Moissanite has a higher refractive index, and it also differs in terms of hardness. Diamonds are measured at a 10 on the Mohs scale of hardness while moissanite comes in at a 9.25-9.5. Moissanite is completely suitable for everyday wear, and their color grade and sparkle are made to last. Moissanite is also completely conflict-free and eco-friendly, unlike the majority of diamonds! All of our moissanite is guaranteed to be VVS+ in terms of clarity. Color grade is determined based on your exact order, with our two most popular choices being modern white (DEF-color) and vintage white (GHI-color).

Yes, all our Moissanite are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.

No, you can't scratch moissanite. As it is one of the most durable substances on earth, moissanite is highly resistant to scratching or breaking. With a hardness rating of 9.25 – 9.5, moissanite is harder than all other gemstones besides diamonds, and can only be scratched by a diamond or another moissanite stone – which is unlikely to occur!

Each piece of our ethical fine jewelry is hand made especially for you, with love and care. Your beautiful piece of jewelry will be made in max. 2 to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Custom, Customized and Engraved pieces will require additional time.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship our jewelry all over the world.

We ship all domestic orders with FedEx two-day priority shipping. For our international clients, we always ship with the quickest option via FedEx which typically varies between 2-5 business days depending on your location. To ensure your package arrives safely with both domestic and international orders, we require signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can have your package held at your nearest FedEx facility and securely pick-up with a photo ID. Once your piece ships, our team will email you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the shipment.

Q: Do you offer resizing?
We offer one complimentary resize within one full size up or down from its original size. We do not recommend resizing more than two times as this can compromise the overall structural integrity of the ring. Full eternity bands and men’s pieces are unable to be resized.
