Refund policy

You are eligible to request a return within 30 days after receiving the item. We have a 30-day return policy. 

The item should be in the same condition as when you received it like- unworn, unused, with tags and have its original packing and also one who purchased the goods or item should need to show the confirmation email or proof of purchase with proper order number. These are some of the norms which make you eligible for return of the item.

The ring is made under the customize option, you can customize as per your ring size and other options are also available like diamond or gold. If you are returning any which is not related to manufacturing defects such as quality, then it will have 20% restocking fees and 25% for moissanite and CVD jewelry items respectively. This fee is generally used to cover labor, which is required to polish and resize the price which is returned. And in case, if the returned piece requires huge cleaning or repair (or is in the condition which prevents resale) we have to charge a larger restocking fee, which totally depends on the amount of repair work which is needed.

Damages and issues

Please first scan your order next to receiving and if the item found defected, damaged or receives any wrong item which you haven’t ordered then immediately contact us, so that we can assess the issue as fast as possible and try to make it alright. 

The below items/products can’t be exchanged or returned.

For the reason that of nature of these products, except they arrive defective or damaged, at this condition we can’t accept exchanges or returns:

  • Personalized or Customized orders

  • Eternity Bands made to order

  • Any physical damage on the product. 

A restocking fee deduction of 20% from the original purchase amount, if a customer desires to exchange their ring.  The balance which remained will be applied towards the new purchase. Any difference in price for exchange will also be charged to the customers. (Note: Percentage can be differ if prices of gold or stones increases or decreases)

This exchange policy should commence within 30 days of receiving the ring and is only limited to one exchange for each piece. This credit is not applicable for future purchases and credit is only limited to one exchange each piece, then we assure that it arrives safely to us. For return shipping costs, clients are fully responsible. First please contact us before you return jewelry back, so we highly suggest you secure our package and dispatch a traceable courier - We will not take any responsibility if your item will be lost in mail. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and scan the return, and then let you know that you are eligible for refund or not. You will automatically get a refund on your original payment method, once it gets approved. This is also a reminder to you that sometimes it can take some time for your bank or the credit card company to proceed and post the refund too. 

Resizing

In Crown Moissanite, we can understand the value of perfect fit in relation to your jewelry and especially rings. Thus, we provide a service of ring resizing to make sure that your jewelry fits comfortably and beautifully in you. 

  1. Limitation of Resizing:

  • Rings can be modified in sizes, either to increase or decrease by the highest of one full size. 

  • Bear in mind that resizing further on this range may be cooperative with the integrity and aesthetics of the piece. Hence, can’t give accommodation under this policy. 

  1. Exceptions:

  • If the ring has a shank with full eternity stones, there are some options but resizing is typically not practical because of the complexity of design and setting. As a result, we cannot resize in such cases.

  • Customers who own a ring from this collection are encouraged to swap the size of their purchase for one that fits properly. Our support team will be happy to walk you through this.

Sometimes it is just easier to switch the original ring for a new one in your size, rather than resize. Why?

If either

a) that it would be quicker, or

b) it will compromise the integrity of your design. This exists only on plain gold bands without stones. An exchange won't happen. As with everything we create, the substitute ring would be entirely handmade on site. And of course, we are going to dial you if that is the way we would suggest.

Everything is covered except for the cost of shipping in both directions (including customs fees if you are international).

Information About Repairs

In case you need any repair so contact us on  support@browchelyas.com But before you proceed it, here are some of the important details you should know about how we do repairs:

  • Upon arrival, our repair technicians compose an intake form that documents the existing condition of your item and what repairs are needed. And for every Intake form, we will never forget to send a copy of that intake from so all on the same page.

  • Then we get to work immediately on any covered warranty stuff (no consent needed from you). This can include:

  • Stone Replacement or Restarting

  • Replacing the setting

  • Prong work or replacement

  •  Banding for thinner sections

  •  Resizing the ring

  • If you would rather us not do all or some of that warranty-related work, OR if you would like to see and approve the scope before we even start: tell us BEFORE you send your piece.

  • We will bring to your attention any work that falls outside the warranty. At that point, too you would be able to opt out of those repairs if so desired.

  • Any shipping needed is the responsibility of the client to have it sent out and returned.

  • Turn around time will be 2-3 weeks from the day we receive your piece.

  • NOTE: If your piece requires a new stone, we are unfortunately not able to replace limited-edition/one-of-a-kind stones. If for any reason that exact stone isn't available, we'll contact you to present an alternative and receive your approval.

We get that life happens and that fine jewelry is fragile. You can do a few things to treat your jewelry like royalty.
