Whether you would like to make changes to a design from our collection; incorporate stones or gold from a family heirloom; create a matching wedding band to your engagement ring; or design a totally custom piece—we would love to collaborate with you.
Our Bespoke Ring Process
Step 01.
Consultation
The process begins with you. Once you've enquired with GS Diamonds for a quote on your custom design, our team will provide a detailed estimate based on your preferences.
In the design consultation, our team will closely work with you to ensure every detail matches your vision—just bring your inspiration, and we'll take care of the rest.
Step 02.
CAD Design
Once we've defined your design preferences, our CAD designer will create your ring's initial designs on the computer for your review.
Receive your first design draft within 48 hours. You're entitled to two rounds of design modifications to perfect your ring.
After finalising the design, our skilled artisans begin production, paying meticulous attention to detail and quality. Optionally, you can request a resin sample to physically see and feel your design before final production.
Step 03.
Stone Setting
Utilizing meticulous techniques, our master stone setters expertly integrate each stone into the piece. Whether in the prongs, the bezel, or the pave setting, their precise placements maximize fire, brilliance, and lasting security.
Step 04.
Jewelry Polishing
Polishing gives jewelry a refined finish and boosts its value. The process includes three steps: tumbling, pre-polishing, and ultra-cleaning. For pieces featuring diamonds, pre-polishing is essential before setting the diamond. This step ensures that the area beneath the diamond, which cannot be polished once the diamond is set, remains bright and does not dull the diamond’s shine.

Quality Control
Quality control (QC) is a process or series of processes designed to ensure that a manufactured product or service meets specific quality standards or fulfills the expectations of the client or customer.
Step 06.
Deliver with Delight
Your masterpiece embarks on its final journey – meticulously packaged in a luxurious haven, and tracked every step of the way. This treasured box is shipped, carrying within it a spark of your story, arrives within 5-8 days, ready to unfold its brilliance.
