Return and Refund Policy

You have up to thirty days from the time of delivery to return the product, thus you have until 30 days to contact us over returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your proof of purchase will be required for the eligibility of the return, such as a receipt.

Because the ring is made to accommodate your ring size and your choice of diamond and gold, returns unrelated to the quality of the manufacturing incur a 20% restocking fee. This goes to labor used to resize and polish the piece being returned. In the event that pieces are returned and require considerable cleaning or repair, or are otherwise in conditions making them unusable, we may assess higher restocking fees according to the extent of repair work needed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The Following goods can not be returned or exchanged

Items can only be returned, refunded, or exchanged after shipment when they turn out to be faulty or damaged: 

1) Custom or personalized orders 

2) Eternity Bands made to order 

3) Any physical damage on the product

If you wish to exchange your item, you will be credited the full amount you paid to use toward the new purchase, assuming the new item is of equal or greater value. We will need the same processing time to create your new piece as stated in the product page. You must contact us within 30 days upon receiving the piece. This credit does not apply for future purchases. This credit is also limited to one exchange for one piece only.

If you would like to track the package and have a guarantee of shipment, please inform us before sending back the jewelry. You need to bear the cost for the shipment required to send the item back. Please insure the package and use a courier where you can trace the shipment; we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, as to whether the refund is approved or not. If successful, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 

Cancellation 

If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We start processing orders immediately, and cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20% fee to cover restocking and labor costs.
This fee is necessary to account for the time and resources already invested in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Resizing

We offer free resizes. You pay only for shipping—you send the ring to us.

Our current turn-around time for resizing work is 2-3 weeks from the date we get your ring.

Ring sizing is not standardized. We want you to have the Perfect Fit Ring Sizer and get the best fit for your jewelry the first time you wear it. Once you've found your perfect solution, just send the Perfect Fit Sizer back to us and we will refund your purchase less the shipping charge.

While we have your ring for the size, we'll also fully inspect your ring. As part of this process, you can expect that we will automatically take care of minor issues that typically come from daily wear. If we are to do any further specific work, we'll send you a client intake form. Then, upon your approval, we'll re-perfect your ring.

Sometimes, a resize isn't possible, but the original can be swapped with another identical one that we may have in your size. We would do this if a) we could get you your item faster, or, if b) resizing would either change the design marginally or ruin the integrity of the original. This only applies to plain gold bands, without stones. And like all we do, the set ring will always be hand-made right here. We will, unless there is another route we recommend, always check in with you. 

Clients are responsible for the shipping both ways, and for international clients, this also includes the customs fee.

Please note: If you have chosen the "Eternity Band" in the style option of your ring, resizing is a $100 fee applied vs. our standard free service. You will need to confirm via email your ring size before we can proceed with manufacturing your item.

Information About Repairs

If you need a repair, please feel free to contact us via email at: admin@browchelyas.com, but first, here are the details you need to know about how we handle repairs:

Our repair experts write up an intake form describing the current condition of the piece and any necessary repair work. We feel it's essential that we're all on the same page, so we always send a copy of that intake form back to you.

Then, we'll get right to work on any warranty-covered work without hassling you for pre-approval. That might include:

  • Stone replacement or reset
  • Setting replacement
  • Prong work or replacement
  • Replacement of thin areas of the band
  • Size of the ring

Let us know in advance if, upon receiving this, you would prefer not to carry out all or part of the warranty work as described, or if you would like to see before action the extent you will find and authorize the corrective work.

If there is work needed that is not covered under warranty, we will solicit your approval for that work. You may choose to not provide funds at that time if desired.

Client pays all shipping both ways.

There is currently a 2-3 week turn-around on all repairs from receiving your item.

Note: If your piece requires a new stone—we cannot assuredly replace stones that are no longer in production or are limited edition/one of a kind. If we find the exact item hard to match, we will contact you immediately and, with your permission, match it as closely as possible
